Ocean Spray Hotel - Kalapettai

The hotel facilities were amazing - it had a great ambiance and decorations. The staff were polite and very helpful. They arranged transportation for my parents when needed. The hotel was in a very convenient location. The breakfast was delicious, with a scrumptious variety of cuisines available. they maintained the hotel's cleanliness to a high standard.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

Our stay here was good, characterful base for exploring Kalapettai. Everything was perfect for vacation and enjoyment❤

The hotel and rooms were nice, great breakfast buffet, good location, good room size and view, excellent facility, excellent staff including the Chef.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of coconut trees and a beautiful lake. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with the added bonus of a private Jacuzzi on the balcony. It was so relaxing to soak in the Jacuzzi while enjoying the stunning surroundings. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We felt truly pampered and the value for money was exceptional.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a place to relax and unwind.

The place has a large swimming pool and is close to the beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. the rooms are spacious, with a balcony or terrace, and provide nice views of the surroundings. the food is great, especially the wide spread buffet breakfast.

Some of the facilities are outdated and the hotel can be crowded at times.

Visited during Christmas holidays, rates were lower and it was less crowded. the pool was big and well-maintained, and there were a lot of activities to do such as outdoor games and a gym. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave great suggestions for exploring nearby attractions. the location was good, close to the border of another state, making it easy to explore more than one area.

The room was average and the bed was not comfortable. the bathroom needed some updates, and the water pressure was not great.

We spent our Xmas holidays at a hotel with a great location near the sea. The hotel offered a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed, and the rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a shuttle service that took us to nearby tourist attractions.

the hotel seemed understaffed, which caused slow service and long waiting times for check-in and check-out. We also found some of the facilities to be outdated and in need of maintenance.
